I’ve been seeing Jason for a year and I have seen a lot of improvements. I have more.then one more issue so I’m a rather complicated case. Jason is up to the task. He is knowledgeable offering good advice, as well as being sensitive to the way I feel. Al the employees are wonderful and helpful: Gabby, Ronnie, Jay, Ryan, and Maddie. If I’ve forgot anyone - I’m sorry. They’re all great. The environment is very welcoming..

Excellent therapists! Dobbs Ferry is my preferred location because of the warm bedside manner and care. My knee feels sooo much better after a year working with them. Highly recommend!

I went Spear for about two months for a nerve related issue. My experience at Spear was consistently excellent. I primarily worked with Jan and Jason, both brought thoughtful, individualized care to every session. Jan’s steady guidance and Jason’s focused energy made a real difference in the quality of treatment I received. And even though we only had a single session together, Kelsey stood out for her clarity and presence. I also had the opportunity to work with physical therapy assistants, Maddie, and Ronnie — each of whom made me feel supported, and safe in their very capable hands. At the front desk, Taylor always kept everything running smoothly and was quick to find answers. While we did not work together, it is obvious that Gabby provided leadership and insight that impacts the entire team. As clinical director, Ryan sets a tone of professionalism and care that filters through every interaction. This is a team that works with both skill and heart. I’m grateful to have been in their care and highly recommend them.

Great experience coming here and working with Jason. Had a very debilitating lower back injury flare up again and needed PT. Jason showed me a lot of great exercises and had me feeling confident in my body and movements again. He is very attentive and will push you but always checks in to make sure you are comfortable. The other staff hopped in every now and then and were very helpful as well! Spear’s office is inside the NYSC which is also convenient for me because I live in Dobbs Ferry. Would definitely recommend.

I worked with Gabby and Ryan for a herniated disk in my lower back, and they were great from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was going on, set up a clear, personalized plan, and adjusted exercises as I improved. I always felt heard and supported. The home exercises were easy to follow and the weekly physical therapy sessions helped keep my recovery on track.

I had several body parts working on. I’ve been working with Jason since the beginning he’s excellent knowledgeable. My appointments are combined into one. He is very friendly. Knows when to push you when not.to if you have a flare up Coming from a medical background, he’s very professional. I only see Jason or Jan. I’ve seen another therapist. I won’t mention a name pushed me to hard told them it hurts and I was in severe pain the next day Had to call out of work actually so I only stick with Jason if he’s not there, I try to get Jan . Jan is also excellent Due to my schedule They are the therapist at the time that I’m able to see also, but mostly Jason has been my therapist for the last year and he gets booked very fast. It seems like most of the patients want him which is a good thing.. as my therapy is winding down, wanted to write this review and tell them how much I appreciate them and the care.

I highly recommend Spear in Dobbs Ferry. Jan is an exceptional PT, he's knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Ronnie was also incredibly supportive throughout my treatment, bringing expertise, kindness, and such positive energy to every session. The entire team made the healing process simple, effective, and even fun. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They tailored exercises that helped me work toward my specific goals and they challenged and supported me until I met them. I’m so grateful to have the Spear team on my side. This is my second injury that required physical therapy and they got me back to being active. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, it’ll be Spear every time.

I had a fantastic experience at Spear Physical Therapy. I went in with a lower back spine injury from the gym, and in just 3 months they helped me fully recover and get back to feeling strong and mobile. Big thank you to Jan and Gabby for being such knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging therapists. Shoutout as well to Ryan M and Aaron for always being supportive and helpful during my sessions. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and brings a fun, positive energy to a place people usually associate with pain and injuries — it really made a difference in my recovery. I also loved that this location is inside a gym, so you get access to equipment you wouldn’t normally have at a typical PT clinic. Highly recommend Spear to anyone who wants a team that truly cares and knows how to get you back to 100%.
